The island was all set up. They had orange hot chocolate and blood punch (we got some dry ice) - they LOVED it!
All the kids wore their costumes (the masks ended up by the door). How else can you scream and yell your head of in a house and not be the loudest one!?
Donut eating contest - I'm positive this was their favorite. It was funny too (no hands allowed) b/c the string was swinging once they got started. We just tied them to a little pole and Derek held it. (Pierce was too short, so he just watched).
We did chocolate covered (and decorated with TONS of toppings - crushed oreos, candy corns, frosting, & 5 kinds of sprinkles) strawberry and plain marshmallows. Pierce just said to heck with it, I'm goin' in! We did the football uniform b/c the batman costume was really tight & we wanted him to be comfortable.

sounds like quite a party, what a wonderful party and memory for all, we are so proud of you for all you do for and with your kids.
Looks like fun! You guys always threw the best parties- sure do miss those and the meatballs!:)
